Outlook for the web has a new send later feature which allows you to schedule emails to be sent at a later date and time. This feature is already available in the desktop Outlook apps, so it’s great to see it becoming a general feature for all. This will especially be useful for students who often only access their school email on the web.

• With delayed delivery, also known as 'send later', you can compose your email and set the date and time you'd like the email to be delivered to your prospect. Delayed Delivery - 'Send Later' Make sure you've installed the Outreach plug-in for Outlook. In Outlook, compose a new email or reply to an email thread.
• The email is sitting in your Outbox waiting for the time when it is supposed to be sent, so just double-click on it in there and make the changes you need, then hit ESC and Save the changes. The modified message will be sent at the future time you specified.

To tell Outlook when you want to send this email in the future, click on “Options” and select “Do not deliver before” and choose the date and time you want it sent.
