I generally feel the same way; I haven't bought any of the MLP or Living Stereo boxes before (I did buy the Decca Mono box), but that's mostly because I already owned enough of it, and what I didn't own I didn't want.
When such things are cheap enough, I don't worry or feel any guilt about whether or not I'll listen to the whole thing (I know that I won't), but if there's enough that I'll want to hear to make it worthwhile (like this new set), I'll buy it. I no longer catalogue my collection (I gave up that PIA activity a couple of decades ago), so I put these big boxes on a shelf and pull out what I need when I need it, occasionally storing the highlights in the cloud for easy accessibility.
